Digital Designs & 3D Files
Digital files purchased or downloaded from Print Pals 3D are subject to the license provided with the applicable product or file.
Unless commercial rights are expressly granted in writing, digital designs are provided for personal use only.
Purchasing or downloading a digital file does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, share, upload, sublicense, reproduce for commercial sale, or otherwise commercially exploit that file unless expressly authorized.

Custom Designs
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for custom design, modeling, prototyping, or printing services does not automatically transfer ownership of intellectual property created by Print Pals 3D / 990 Tech Solutions, LLC.
Any ownership rights, exclusivity rights, commercial-use rights, or other rights that differ from our standard terms must be specifically agreed to in writing.
Customer-provided logos, artwork, designs, photographs, characters, trademarks, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers requesting custom work are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights, licenses, or permission to provide and use any materials submitted to us.

Product names, company names, manufacturer names, characters, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
