Replace a component or equip another workstation. When you order a cradle with a cover, we match the cradle to that cover. If you order a cradle on its own, we’ll contact you to confirm which one you need.

How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1–5 business days before shipment. Standard shipping takes an additional 5–8 business days. Free Standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $125 or more after discounts and before tax. See our Shipping Policy for destinations, rates and other shipping options.
Can I return a cover, kit or accessory?
Voice Writer covers, kits and accessories are final sale for change-of-mind returns.
30-Day Fit & Workmanship Guarantee — Replacement Only: Designed for the selected compatible mask in its original factory configuration, including the original factory mouthpiece and components. Fit issues caused by mask modifications, including a different-model or aftermarket mouthpiece, are not covered; unrelated manufacturing or workmanship defects remain covered. Approved claims receive a replacement cover in the same color and model originally ordered. No refunds, store credit, or exchanges for a different color or model are provided under this guarantee, except where required by law. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, mask and mouthpiece. If your mask is modified, contact us before ordering; compatibility is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing.
The guarantee also applies to the cover included in a Complete Hands-Free Voice Writing Kit. An approved cover claim replaces the cover, not the entire kit. See our Return and Refund Policy for full terms and exclusions.
What should I expect from a 3D-printed cover?
Covers are individually 3D printed in flexible material. Visible layer lines, seams and slight surface variations are normal. Your cover supplements your compatible mask; it does not replace the mask’s original sound-reduction system.
