Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@printpals3d.us with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Custom Orders
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Normal wear or minor imperfections inherent to 3D printing
