Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup / Delivery
Local pickup or delivery may be available in the De Kalb, Texas area. Minimum order amounts may apply. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
