Print Pals 3D Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

Welcome to Print Pals 3D. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Print Pals 3D.

Print Pals 3D is a brand of 990 Tech Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and this website is operated by 990 Tech Solutions, LLC under the Print Pals 3D brand.

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, submitting a custom request, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Purchases of Print Pals 3D products are also subject to our Intellectual Property & Digital File Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Products & Services

Print Pals 3D provides 3D-printed products, custom design and printing services, collectibles, accessories, specialty products, and, for certain specifically identified products, digital files and related services.

Not all Print Pals 3D products are available as digital files.

Unless a product listing specifically states that a digital file is included or available for purchase, all products are sold as physical products only.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse any product or service at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Product availability, colors, materials, designs, pricing, specifications, and available options may change without notice.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Product availability
  • Intellectual-property concerns
  • Suspected attempts to obtain proprietary design or manufacturing information
  • Requests that violate our policies
  • Requests that we cannot reasonably fulfill

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and production has not been completed, any refund due will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Many Print Pals 3D products are customized, personalized, or made specifically for individual customers.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and providing accurate:

  • Names and spelling
  • Measurements and dimensions
  • Colors
  • Mask or equipment models
  • Reference materials
  • Design instructions
  • Other customization information

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Custom, personalized, special-order products, products manufactured to unique customer-provided specifications, and certain product-specific made-to-order items are generally final sale, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Additional design fees or deposits may apply to custom projects.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of a design fee or deposit does not transfer ownership of Print Pals 3D's CAD files, manufacturing files, templates, production methods, reusable design components, or other intellectual property.

4. Customer-Submitted Designs & Content

When you provide Print Pals 3D with an image, logo, drawing, photograph, 3D model, STL file, design, trademark, character, text, or other material for a custom project, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary permission or legal authority for us to use it for your requested project.

You are responsible for ensuring that your requested use does not violate another person's or company's:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Patent
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Contractual rights
  • Other intellectual-property or legal rights

Print Pals 3D reserves the right to refuse any project that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or our business policies.

Customer ownership of submitted artwork or materials does not automatically transfer ownership of Print Pals 3D's independently created CAD work, manufacturing methods, templates, design tools, or production files to the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, product designs, 3D models, digital files, website content, written materials, instructions, videos, and other original materials created by or for Print Pals 3D remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product from Print Pals 3D does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

Purchasing a product does not provide the purchaser with an implied right or license to:

  • Manufacture copies
  • Commercially reproduce the product
  • Sell unauthorized reproductions
  • Obtain the underlying digital design
  • Distribute proprietary files
  • Provide proprietary manufacturing information to another person or business
  • Represent a Print Pals 3D design as their own

Certain Print Pals 3D products, including certain Voice Writer Enhancement Kits, mask covers, hands-free adapters, mounting systems, attachment systems, accessories, and related components, may be protected by pending patent applications and other intellectual-property rights.

Such products may be marked PATENT PENDING.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the purchase of a physical product does not include any right or license to obtain:

  • STL files
  • STEP files
  • CAD files
  • 3MF files
  • OBJ files
  • Mesh files
  • Source files
  • Technical drawings
  • Manufacturing specifications
  • Exact dimensional information
  • Print profiles
  • Tooling information
  • Proprietary production information
  • Other digital design or manufacturing files

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by Print Pals 3D in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized competing products from Print Pals 3D's protected designs or proprietary digital files.

For additional terms and restrictions, please review our Intellectual Property & Digital File Policy.

6. Digital Files & Licensing

Print Pals 3D may offer digital products, including STL files and other downloadable designs, for select products only.

Digital products may be subject to separate licensing terms displayed with the applicable product.

Unless a product specifically includes commercial rights, purchasing a digital file generally provides a limited license for personal use only.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

Unless expressly authorized, digital files may not be:

  • Resold
  • Redistributed
  • Shared
  • Uploaded to file-sharing websites
  • Uploaded to online repositories
  • Sublicensed
  • Repackaged
  • Included in another digital product
  • Distributed to another person or business

Commercial licenses may be available separately for certain designs.

Proprietary Products

Not all Print Pals 3D products are available in digital form.

Proprietary products, including products specifically identified as physical-product-only, proprietary, or Patent Pending, are not available as digital files unless Print Pals 3D expressly states otherwise in writing.

The fact that Print Pals 3D sells digital files for certain unrelated products does not create any right, entitlement, expectation, or license to receive or purchase digital files for proprietary physical products.

Requests for CAD, STL, STEP, 3MF, source, manufacturing, or other proprietary files relating to protected products may be declined.

7. Reverse Engineering & Commercial Duplication

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and as a condition of sale, Print Pals 3D products may not be purchased, obtained, or used for the primary purpose of commercially cloning, reproducing, or creating competing products from proprietary Print Pals 3D designs.

This includes attempts to commercially reproduce a proprietary product through methods such as:

  • 3D scanning
  • Photogrammetry
  • Measurement and reconstruction
  • CAD tracing
  • Digital modeling
  • Molding or casting
  • Creating templates from a purchased product
  • Reconstructing geometry from photographs or videos
  • Duplicating individual components
  • Providing a product to another manufacturer for duplication
  • Using proprietary manufacturing information to create competing products

Changing colors, dimensions, cosmetic features, surface details, mounting features, or portions of a copied design does not by itself establish that a resulting product is independently created.

Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit conduct that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be restricted by agreement.

8. Confidential & Proprietary Information

Certain information developed or used by Print Pals 3D is confidential or proprietary and is not provided to customers or the public merely upon request.

Such information may include:

  • Unreleased CAD files
  • Prototype designs
  • Product revisions
  • Internal dimensions
  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Material-development information
  • Testing information
  • Supplier information
  • Production methods
  • Specialized print profiles
  • Research and development information
  • Unreleased accessories or products
  • Manufacturing documentation

Print Pals 3D may decline requests for information when disclosure could reasonably assist in the duplication or commercial reproduction of a proprietary product.

9. Photographs, Videos, Graphics & Website Content

Unless otherwise identified, original photographs, product images, videos, installation materials, graphics, illustrations, written descriptions, instructions, promotional materials, and website content produced by or for Print Pals 3D are protected intellectual property.

© 2026 Print Pals 3D. All rights reserved.

Print Pals 3D content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or commercially used without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

Print Pals 3D photographs, videos, and product images may not be used to:

  • Advertise counterfeit or copied products
  • Create misleading marketplace listings
  • Represent another seller's products
  • Falsely imply affiliation with Print Pals 3D
  • Assist in unauthorized commercial duplication of proprietary products
  • Remove or obscure branding or watermarks for unauthorized commercial use

Sharing an official Print Pals 3D social-media post through the native sharing functionality of the applicable platform is permitted provided the content remains attributed to Print Pals 3D and is not altered in a misleading manner.

10. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics

Customers acknowledge that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process and that minor variations are normal.

Products may exhibit:

  • Visible layer lines
  • Seams
  • Minor surface imperfections
  • Slight dimensional differences
  • Minor variations in color
  • Minor variations in texture

These characteristics are generally inherent to the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

Colors displayed online may differ slightly from the physical product because of lighting, photography, monitor settings, device displays, material batches, and other factors.

11. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and for their intended purpose.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Print Pals 3D products are not designed or certified as safety equipment, medical devices, protective equipment, or life-support equipment.

Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.

3D-printed products may also be affected by:

  • Excessive heat
  • Prolonged sunlight
  • Chemicals
  • Impact
  • Improper installation
  • Excessive force
  • Other environmental conditions

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application.

12. Voice Writer Enhancement Kits & Equipment Accessories

Print Pals 3D may offer aftermarket accessories designed for use with third-party voice-writing equipment.

This may include:

  • Voice Writer Enhancement Kits
  • Mask covers
  • Protective covers
  • Hands-free adapters
  • Mounting systems
  • Desk or table mounting accessories
  • Related components

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product for their equipment and providing accurate model or compatibility information when requested.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, voice masks, microphones, electronic equipment, stands, arms, holders, and other third-party equipment shown in photographs or videos are not included with the purchase of an Enhancement Kit or accessory.

Print Pals 3D accessories are aftermarket products and are not represented as being manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the manufacturer of the equipment with which they may be compatible unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party brand names and model names may be used solely to identify compatibility.

Performance may vary depending on equipment, setup, environment, installation, and individual use.

Certain Voice Writer Enhancement Kits, hands-free adapters, mounting systems, accessories, or related features may be Patent Pending.

13. Installation & Customer Support Materials

Installation instructions, videos, QR-linked materials, diagrams, guides, and other customer-support materials are provided to help customers install, remove, care for, and use genuine Print Pals 3D products.

Providing these materials does not grant permission to:

  • Reproduce the underlying product
  • Create manufacturing drawings
  • Create competing products
  • Convert installation information into manufacturing documentation
  • Distribute proprietary design information

Customers needing assistance with installation or product use may contact Print Pals 3D.

14. Custom Design Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, a custom order purchases the agreed physical product or design service and does not transfer ownership of Print Pals 3D's underlying:

  • CAD files
  • STL files
  • STEP files
  • 3MF files
  • Source files
  • Templates
  • Manufacturing methods
  • Design systems
  • Reusable components
  • Production processes
  • Proprietary tools

Concepts, mockups, CAD previews, renderings, prototypes, revisions, and design work created by Print Pals 3D remain subject to applicable intellectual-property and contractual rights.

Any transfer or licensing of digital files or intellectual-property rights must be expressly agreed to in writing and may require a separate licensing, design-rights, or file-transfer fee.

Payment of a custom-design fee or deposit does not by itself constitute a transfer of intellectual-property ownership.

15. No Implied License

No purchase, payment, deposit, communication, quote, invoice, prototype, demonstration, photograph, sample, custom order, or disclosure by Print Pals 3D creates an implied license to manufacture, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Print Pals 3D intellectual property.

Any license granted by Print Pals 3D must be expressly provided in writing.

16. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, design fees, licensing fees, or other charges may be added to an order before checkout where applicable.

In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order as permitted by law.

17. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Many Print Pals 3D products are manufactured or customized after an order is placed. Production or processing time occurs before carrier transit time.

Print Pals 3D is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Severe weather
  • Incorrect customer-provided addresses
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

18. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged products, custom orders, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before completing your purchase.

Custom, personalized, special-order products, products manufactured to unique customer-provided specifications, and certain product-specific made-to-order items may be final sale as described in that policy.

19. Third-Party Products & Trademarks

Our website may reference products, equipment, brands, characters, trademarks, or services belonging to third parties.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Compatibility references are used where appropriate to help customers identify equipment or products and do not necessarily indicate:

  • Sponsorship
  • Affiliation
  • Authorization
  • Approval
  • Endorsement

Print Pals 3D does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks merely because a brand or product name is referenced for compatibility purposes.

20. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to interfere with website security or operation
  • Submit malicious software or harmful code

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce protected website content without authorization
  • Attempt to obtain non-public proprietary files or information through unauthorized means
  • Use our services in a manner prohibited by applicable law

We reserve the right to restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, intellectual property, business, or website.

21. Suspected Intellectual-Property Misuse

Print Pals 3D reserves the right to investigate suspected:

  • Unauthorized copying
  • Distribution of proprietary files
  • Commercial reproduction
  • Intellectual-property infringement
  • Misuse of confidential information

Where appropriate, Print Pals 3D may preserve evidence, submit intellectual-property complaints to online marketplaces or hosting providers, request removal of unauthorized content, issue demands to cease unauthorized activity, and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Print Pals 3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

24. Privacy

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
