Fit issues caused by mask modifications, including a different-model or aftermarket mouthpiece, are not covered; unrelated manufacturing or workmanship defects remain covered. Approved claims receive a replacement cover in the same color and model originally ordered. No refunds, store credit, or exchanges for a different color or model are provided under this guarantee, except where required by law. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, mask and mouthpiece. If your mask is modified, contact us before ordering; compatibility is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing. Choose Your Enhancement Cover Style

Slim — Compact Profile

The Slim model has a smaller overall body and uses less material around the mask. It is a good choice for voice writers who prefer a slimmer profile, especially those who regularly hold their Martel mask by hand.

The Slim model still helps reduce sound leakage at the cover barrier, reduce unwanted vibration, protect the mask, and provide a secure fit. Because the body is smaller, however, it provides less sound dampening than the Full-Size model.

Full-Size — Enhanced Dampening

The Full-Size model has a larger overall body with more material surrounding the Martel mask. This additional material provides greater sound-dampening benefit than the Slim model.

Choose Full-Size if getting the greatest benefit from the sound-dampening design is more important than having the smallest possible profile.

Martel Configuration

Martel masks have been produced in several different vent and wire configurations. Please select the configuration that matches your mask when ordering.

Depending on your Martel model, available options may include:

Every Complete Hands-Free Kit includes our Standard Voice Writer Desk Mount Arm at no additional charge.

The Standard Mount is our more substantial everyday setup and is ideal for:

• Regular workstations

• Longer work sessions
• Voice writers who do not frequently pack and transport their mount

It provides approximately 28 inches of adjustable reach and multiple positioning points so you can place your mask where it is most comfortable.

The Travel Mount replaces the Standard Mount included with the kit; it is not an additional second mount.

The Travel Mount features a lighter, more compact design with approximately 22 inches of adjustable reach, making it a great option for voice writers who frequently work away from a permanent workstation.

Please Note

The Travel Mount Upgrade replaces the Standard Desk Mount normally included with the kit. Selecting the +$10 Travel Upgrade does not include both desk mounts.

Each Enhancement Cover is individually 3D printed using a flexible material. Visible layer lines, seams, and slight surface variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process. Some colors and finishes may make these areas more noticeable than others.

The Full-Size Enhancement Cover provides greater sound-dampening benefit than the Slim model because of its larger overall design and additional material. Neither cover replaces the Martel mask's original sound-reduction system.

The desk mounting arms are third-party manufactured components selected by Print Pals 3D for use with our hands-free voice-writing system. The compatible Enhancement Cover and Hands-Free Mask Cradle Adapter are designed and produced by Print Pals 3D.

Voice writer mask is not included.
