No model selection is needed when ordering. If you purchase a Hands-Free Mask Cradle Adapter and an Enhancement Cover in the same order, we automatically supply the cradle that matches that cover. If you order the cradle on its own, we will contact you before fulfillment to confirm which compatible mask/cover style you need.

Each cradle is made for a specific compatible cover style and is not universal. Please watch for our message if your order does not include a cover so we can confirm the correct fit.
